Candy Coated Autumn

You may have heard that Candy Fair 2014 opened on Friday. This event was a lot of fun last year, and this year it’s even better. The build is just adorable, and easy to navigate (essential for a zero sense of direction spazz like me!).

I have a few things to show you today, and there will be plenty more to satisfy your sweet tooth in posts to come. While many of the Candy Fair designers featured items that are not seasonal – meaning Autumn or Halloween specific – there are some goodies to be found in those genres. One such find is this adorable candy corn mailbox from Lost Junction. It comes in plenty of other colors and designs, too. And there are matching windchimes available. I just thought it would be the perfect October mailbox (please note this is NOT a functional mailbox, but just for seriously cute decor).

Sway’s did some really cute living sets for Candy Fair, one of which actually is seasonal and resembles candy corn. However, I really liked the chocolate version and it suited this cute vespertine skybox perfectly. The beautiful lantern is from 8f8 for Candy Fair (their non-gacha offering), and the tray of cupcakes and chocolates is just one of Pixel Mode’s avaiable items.
